Who We Are

As accredited and registered counsellors and teachers we understand the courage it takes to step up to make positive life changes. We see you from a strengths based perspective. That means we get to know you to walk alongside you to support your personal goals and your journey.

Why Us

While traditional talk therapy works well for many, counselling doesn’t have to be limited to sitting in a chair.

Depending on your needs and interests, sessions can take place in a variety of settings and activities—whether it’s walk-and-talk therapy, creative approaches like music, art, and movement, time outdoors, or even working alongside our therapy dog.

Together, we create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique goals. These complementary approaches add depth and value to each session, supporting recovery, healing, and the development of new skills for your mental health and well-being.

And to ensure ongoing support, we stay connected through our secure app, offering encouragement and motivation between sessions.

Easy to use Telehealth and App for connection anywhere

Our counselling service includes access to a secure app that offers chat check-ins and guided ‘assignments’ between sessions, ensuring you feel supported even when we’re not face to face. This helps you stay motivated, maintain momentum, and get the most value from your sessions. For those with busy schedules, we also provide flexible after-hours appointments to make counselling more accessible.

Value for Money

We provide a free 30-minute consultation to give you space to share your concerns, outline your goals, and decide if we’re the right fit for your needs.

Building a comfortable connection with your counsellor is an important first step in the healing process.

For the best outcomes, we recommend a commitment of at least eight sessions, with many clients choosing to work over a twelve-week period guided by a personalised support plan.

To support your commitment, we offer a reduced fee schedule for those who engage in an 8- or 12-week program.

This investment is more than just a series of appointments—it’s a way of showing yourself that you are ready to embrace change, do the work, and prioritise your well-being.

And when you take care of yourself, the benefits naturally extend to those around you.
